Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up. We only ask for payment details when you decide to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your settings page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that it is permanently deleted.
Is Razorpay payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. BizPulse never stores your card details.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately (prorated). Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?

Is there a plan for accountants or advisors?
The Growth plan includes Accountant Access — you can invite your accountant or CA to view your business health dashboard.
What integrations are included?
Plaid (banking) and QuickBooks (accounting) are available on the Growth plan and above. Stripe revenue data is available on all plans.
