Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using bizpulseanalytics.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BizPulse AI. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BizPulse AI, governed by the laws of India including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
2. The service
BizPulse AI provides a business health monitoring and failure prediction platform for Indian small and medium businesses. The service includes a health score dashboard, signal tracking, AI-generated action plans, alerts, and integrations with financial tools.
The platform is a monitoring and advisory tool, not financial advice. Health scores, predictions, and action plans are generated by algorithms and AI models. They are informational only. You should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or SEBI-registered financial advisor before making major business decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bizpulseanalytics.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use BizPulse AI.
4. Subscription and billing
BizPulse AI offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card or UPI authorisation is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. Prices shown include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. No refunds are provided for the current billing period except where required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: (a) use the service for any purpose unlawful under Indian law; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform in violation of the IT Act 2000; (c) share login credentials; (d) upload malicious code or conduct a cyber attack; (e) use the service to harm or defraud third parties; (f) resell or sublicense access without prior written permission from BizPulse AI.
6. Intellectual property
BizPulse AI owns all rights to the platform, signal definitions, scoring algorithms, and AI models under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You own your business data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.
7. Data protection
We handle your personal and business data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011. Your rights as a Data Principal are set out in our Privacy Policy and DPDP Compliance page.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that health scores, predictions, or action plans will prevent business failure or achieve any particular outcome. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BizPulse AI's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, subject to retention obligations under Indian law.
11. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the IT Act 2000 and Consumer Protection Act 2019, any grievance regarding the service or these terms may be directed to our Grievance Officer:

12. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
